We save enquiries, chat messages and transcripts of voice conversations. Conversations are used to discuss tasks and check how the assistants work.
Contact details supplied by a visitor are used to respond to their enquiry, agree on work and carry it out.
The contents of messages and voice conversations are sent to external AI services to provide the assistants’ responses.
Data related to an order is kept while the work is carried out. If an order includes ongoing support, the data is kept throughout that support. Documents subject to mandatory legal retention requirements are kept accordingly.
